IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN HERE BEFORE PLEASE READ THE
Paintball Log Book and Day Runner
This is the day-runner organizer for the serious paintballer. Provided are master sheets (which you can photocopy to you little heart's content) to help you organize your game stats, equipment and log your improvements. The sheets are designed to fit in a standard three ring binder and each has an instruction sheet to show you how to make the most of your records. Amongst other things, the Splatracker helps you track your paint consumption, game stats, addresses and phone numbers, marker repairs and modifications and more. This is the logbook I have used for a number of years and have found it an invaluable tool. Complete with simple instructions.

PAINTBALL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Understanding the science and technology of markers and thier accessories.
This section deals with subjects like ballistics, range, and how aftermarket accessories work. During the researching phase of this (what turned out to be a daunting) subject many experts were consulted. Aerodyamicists, ballistic experts, prominent airsmiths, gunsmiths and firearms manufacturers were asked a battery of questions on the subjects that were in their fields of expertise.
Much of this knowledge comes from my personal experiences and training as an infantry sniper and a weapons (foreign and domestic) instructor and a champion marksman. Combine this with having used markers since 1984 and you have a very accurate and informative page.
Due to the fact that the information is based on facts if I feel the need to express my opinion it will be separated for the text of the article in a white box. There are two sources of information in this page: fact and my opinion. I don't want to mislead you.
"The Art of the Four Spheres"
The Martial Art for the New Millennium.
This has moved to it's very own section.
DURTY DAN'S HAND SIGNAL SYSTEM
The Silent Communication.
This system was developed to augment team communication. Many teams use codes and these hand signals can be used in place of verbally communicating codes.
The Dark Arts of the Paintball Predator.
Tips, tricks and tactics for the Lone Wolf. A decade ago, fields were huge and the Lone Wolf ruled and struck fear in the hearts of their opponents. A single Lone Wolf could turn the tide, and even win, the game for his team. The Lone Wolf was one of the more respected players on the field by combining stealth, one shot eliminations, camouflage and the knowledge of player behavior. As the trend towards smaller and smaller playing areas became more popular, the tactics of the Lone Wolf fell into disuse and were largely forgotten . . .
Now that scenario games are growing in popularity, there is an excellent opportunity for the Lone Wolf to once again begin hunting. However, where do you learn these tactics from, when there are few Lone Wolf players left? Many Lone Wolf players simply left the game entirely, a decade ago.
This section solves that problem. It covers camouflage, marker choice, sniper tactics, stalking techniques, the psychology of the "hunter" and the "prey", hunting team tactics. This section is designed for use in areas where there is lots of room to move and hide. These articles were written from personal experience and have tried and true methods and tactics.
Tips, Tactics and Strategies for Scenario Games.
This section covers almost everything you need to know about scenario games. Not only was it written by me (Durty Dan) but it's contents were edited by scenario professionals like Wayne Dollack, Viper, Bill and Dawn Mills, and Rob "Tyger" Rubin -- this equates to a combined scenario game experience of over TWO DECADES. Intelligence gathering, strategies for command staff, reconnaissance, patrolling, night operations, sniping, missions, body guards, spy rings, small unit and guerilla tactics are only some of the many topics covered in the Scenario Game Book. Adapted from proven military and special forces tactical doctrine and training personally received by the author when he was a member of a Canadian Forces infantry regiment. Whether you're command staff, a special character, a member of a special unit or just one of the "grunts in the trenches" this book is a must for serious scenario game players.
