Inner Diameter
The measurement inside surface of a hollow cylinder. This usually is in reference to the diameter of a barrel bore. While the inner diameter is often associated with the calibre of the barrel, it is provided as a more accurate measurement of an individual barrel, as caliber is a general definition and measurement. Some .68 calibre barrels can have an actual inner diameter of .69 inches.
